TJC Remodeling was founded in 1978 — a time when the East Valley was still being built out and homeowners needed a contractor they could trust to do quality work at a fair price. That need hasn’t changed. Neither has our approach.
Over more than four decades, TJC has completed hundreds of bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects across Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, and the wider East Valley. We’ve grown through word-of-mouth and referrals — not advertising budgets — because the work speaks for itself.
Today, TJC is still family-owned and personally run by Jake Harper. Every estimate involves Jake directly. Every project is staffed by TJC’s own experienced crew — not subcontractors. And every completed project gets a final walkthrough where the homeowner’s sign-off is the only one that counts.

The final walkthrough is yours. We go through every detail together — every grout line, every fixture, every finish. If something isn’t right, we fix it before we consider the project complete. Your approval is the only one that matters.

In Arizona, any remodeling contractor doing work over $1,000 is required to be licensed with the Registrar of Contractors. TJC Remodeling has maintained an active ROC license continuously since our founding.

Free In-Home Estimate
Jake visits your home, listens to your vision, measures the space, and answers every question — at no charge. We never quote over the phone without seeing the space first.
Written Proposal & Design
You receive a 3D rendering and a detailed line-item written proposal within 2 business days. You choose your materials from samples and approve every detail before we start.
Scheduled Build
A confirmed start date, permits handled, and our own crew on-site. Daily progress photos and updates — especially valuable if you’re not home during the build.
Final Walkthrough
We walk through every inch of the finished project together. If anything isn’t exactly right, we fix it before the job is closed. Your satisfaction is the final sign-off.
